Booking/Cancellation Policy
You may contact us with any questions regarding booking at any time. All prices are subject to change due to hair length and thickness. There is a 50% deposit required on all services $100 and over. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a nonrefundable fee of up to 100% of your booked service. Card information will be collected at time of booking. Please arrive at the exact time of your appointment. If your stylist is running ahead or behind schedule, we will do our best to let you know and would kindly ask that you do the same.
